Sean Abbott takes six for NSW

A fantastic story! Just over two weeks after delivering the ball that resulted in the unfortunate death of Phillip Hughes, Sean Abbott has taken sensational figures of 6 for 14, helping New South Wales win against Queensland. Not a single fan or expert has laid any blame on the young quick, but the fortitude required to come back to the cricket field so soon after such a tragic accident and then perform to such a high standard cannot be understated. It is unfair in the extreme that Abbott will always be associated with one of the worst moments in the history of cricket, but it shouldn't be forgotten that this is also a young sportsman possessing real talent with no shortage of skill. Provided that Abbott keeps playing at a high level, his legacy could well be defined by his cricketing feats.
